Editorial and naming proposal for a book of cooking recipes and healthy habits based on the book "Blood groups and food" by Peter J. d'Adamo.


For the naming has been played with two concepts present in the two bases of the book: the kitchen, and blood. "Al dente", "al horno", "a la naranja", are expressions and techniques used in cooking, and this expression is used to create naming: Red hot, also referring to the color of the blood.
